For our Early Bud clients, revisions are complimentary. However, beyond 10-12 revisions, additional changes may incur a fee. Typically, for small to moderate-scale projects, 4-6 revisions are sufficient to refine the final output to perfection.

Yes, you need to courier the product to us for the video shoot. However, if sending the product isn’t feasible, you can also provide us with high-quality images from multiple angles, and we will create a 3D representation based on those visuals.

The delivery timeline depends on the project's complexity. Basic to moderate projects typically take around 1-2 week, while detailed product videos, such as jewelry and high-end advertisements, usually require 3-5 weeks for completion. If you need faster delivery, we offer an urgency plan where your project can be prioritized for an additional fee.
